Our Franchise Owners
You will be your own boss running your own business with our guidance. You may be an existing park operator or a newcomer to the industry such as a landowner, or you may be looking to lease a suitable piece of land to develop a new park.
Your role will be to develop your business under the guidance of Boutique Lodges; to maintain the high professional standards we have set and to maximise the opportunity from your respective location. In principal this will include:
- Staff recruitment, training and management
- Local marketing (approximately within a 2 hour travel time of your park)
- Customer development and ongoing relationship management
- Park upkeep and management
- Business administration and general management
You must be willing to operate your business under our full business system and to adopt any new methods as they are introduced.
As part of a growing park network, you must be a team player, be prepared to share experiences and have a genuine desire to provide the very best service to your customers.
