How it works
We have developed a turnkey approach for developing new lodge parks and updating existing parks, that will help you through all the processes right through to park management, this includes:
- Feasibility Study – site potential consideration.
- A Comprehensive Getting Started Guide – written to provide you with a detailed checklist of all that is required to start your new business.
- Planning – we will assist with this critical part of the process, working with our approved specialist consultants.
- Funding – we may be able to introduce you to funding arrangements.
- Site Development / Infrastructure – in order to provide a flexible service, we provide turnkey project management in conjunction with your infrastructure contractors.
- Lodge Supply – acting as the conduit with lodge suppliers, currently the Omar Group, we are able to offer preferential terms in the supply and delivery of lodges.
- Park Management – we will provide full training for you and your staff, and even assist you with recruiting your park manager if you choose not to manage the park yourself.
- Ongoing Advice and Guidance – we will proactively help you to aid in your success.
