How it works

We have developed a turnkey approach for developing new lodge parks and updating existing parks, that will help you through all the processes right through to park management, this includes:

  • Feasibility Study – site potential consideration.
  • A Comprehensive Getting Started Guide – written to provide you with a detailed checklist of all that is required to start your new business.
  • Planning – we will assist with this critical part of the process, working with our approved specialist consultants.
  • Funding – we may be able to introduce you to funding arrangements.
  • Site Development / Infrastructure – in order to provide a flexible service, we provide turnkey project management in conjunction with your infrastructure contractors.
  • Lodge Supply – acting as the conduit with lodge suppliers, currently the Omar Group, we are able to offer preferential terms in the supply and delivery of lodges.
  • Park Management – we will provide full training for you and your staff, and even assist you with recruiting your park manager if you choose not to manage the park yourself.
  • Ongoing Advice and Guidance – we will proactively help you to aid in your success.
